Cash on delivery
Payment to the driver of our company or partner courier company upon receipt of your order at your place.
According to the applicable tax provisions, from 01.01.2014 documents that are worth more than 1,500 euros to individuals (Retail Receipt) and documents that are worth more than 500 euros to professionals/businesses (Sales Invoice) should be paid ONLY in the following ways:
- Deposit/transfer to company’s bank account
- Charge to a credit or debit card

WINNER BATTERY accepts all major credit cards or debit and prepaid cards. In particular, it is possible to pay via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover. The payment process through credit, debit and prepaid cards is covered by the most modern security standards. All payments made using a card are processed through “Nexi e-Commerce” electronic payment platform that uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key. Our company does not retain or store your credit, debit and prepaid card details. For security reasons, you are required to re-enter your credit card details on each new order.
When you make a purchase using a credit card you have the option, in addition to the one-time payment, to pay in 3 monthly interest-free installments depending on the amount.
To collect from the store, the credit card holder must present his credit card and his ID. The same applies if you are ordering on behalf of a company. In this case the card should be corporate and the recipient’s name should be written on the card.

Receipt and payment of your order at WINNER BATTERY’s physical store
You can place your order through our online store and receive your products the same working day, depending on your location, from our physical stores in Aegaleo, Thessaloniki or Alexandroupoli. Exceptions are products that need preparation or are not ready to be delivered.

Delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am. until 17.00 pm
For orders within Attica, delivery is also possible on Saturday (if requested). For the rest of Greece, the delivery times of the respective transport company apply.
