WINNER CENTAURUS series meets and exceeds the specifications of the corresponding Original Equipment (OE) battery in terms of both starting performance and capacity.
CENTAURUS series is made of lead-calcium alloy, while the separators are by absorbent glass mat (AGM). It provides high resistance to vibrations, long life even in extreme road conditions (off road) and maintenance-free operation. The connections inside the battery minimize internal resistance and therefore maximize power performance over a wide temperature range from -18°C to +50°C.
It is a compact and completely sealed construction, which ensures protection against any leakage in any position and even if it is placed at angles of up to 45 °. Container and lid by polypropylene are highly resistant to petrol and oils in case of spillage under adverse or extreme weather conditions.
WINNER CENTAURUS is delivered in an inactive state and before use, it only needs to be filled with the electrolyte, included in the package. The electrolyte container must be firmly pushed down and into the caps to ensure that all the electrolyte is drained into the battery. The container should be left in place for at least 20 minutes before being removed. Then firmly press the sealing caps into the holes. Once put into operation, the battery does not need any maintenance.
Instructions for use:
Charging
In case additional charging is needed, the charging current must not exceed 10% of the nominal capacity in amperes (i.e. a battery with a capacity of 12Ah charges with a current of 1.2 A)
Periods of non-use
If the motorcycle is not to be used for long periods, fully charge the battery and then disconnect only the negative terminal. After 3 months of continuous inactivity, recharge the battery again if necessary.
